Ops-on-Demand was built by Darren — an Auckland-based founder who kept seeing the same problem: businesses overpaying for compliance and operations work, or struggling to do it themselves.
THE STORY
Why I built this.
I kept seeing the same thing — businesses getting quoted $5,000, $10,000, sometimes $20,000 for compliance programs and operational frameworks. And for what? A folder of documents that often sat untouched because there was no real guidance on how to use them.
Or they'd try to build it themselves — spend weeks piecing it together from scratch, miss things, and end up with something that wouldn't hold up if it was ever tested.
So, I built Ops-on-Demand. Ready-to-implement programs that give businesses the structure they need, the guidance to actually put it in place, and a price tag that doesn't require a board meeting to approve. Select, pay, download, implement. That's it.
