This agreement governs the purchase and use of compliance documentation supplied by Ops On Demand.

1. Purpose

By purchasing any documents from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the documents within your own organisation. The license includes:

• Internal use only (e.g., training, implementation, audits).

• Permission to edit and customise the templates for your business.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the documents.

• Use the documents to create competing products.

• Use the documents in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

• Payment must be made at the time of purchase via approved online methods.

• Due to the digital and editable nature of the products, all sales are final.

• A refund or replacement will be provided if the product is defective, not as described, or your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are triggered.

5. Support & Updates

• You are entitled to email support and access to updates during the subscription or update period (if applicable).

• We reserve the right to issue updates at our discretion and notify users accordingly.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Ops On Demand is not liable for loss, damages, or regulatory breaches resulting from incorrect use of our documents.

• It is your responsibility to ensure final compliance with laws applicable to your business. Seek professional advice if required.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of:

• New Zealand, if your billing address or business operations are based in NZ, or

• Australia, if your billing address or operations are based in AU.
  Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction corresponding to your business location.
